Kathy’s Creations

From the day I fell in love with her until the day Kath moved on to the Coors Light garden in the sky, she spent every spare moment designing and producing colorful and beautiful works of art. Many of these are at our Scottsdale house and while there, I was compelled to photograph a sampling of her remarkable creations. Over her life she went through phases creating wearable art, quilts, masks, necklaces, needlework, and knitted afghans. Kath often worked on her latest inspiration late into the night. To this day, I find the colorful design, quality and quantity of her creations phenomenal. Kath’s joy also came from teaching and I feel so blessed that she inspired Meg to pursue her passion for art. She also taught art to many kids in Reno and encouraged them to follow their dreams. I hope you enjoy this compilation as much as I enjoyed producing it as we honor Kath’s greatness.
